What To Write About
Corrections are welcome. If a price, a duration or a start point on a listing here no longer matches what the tour page shows, say which tour you mean, using the decision name printed on this site, and what has changed. Route stops matter too: if a listing names a stop that is closed or moved, that is worth knowing.
Suggestions for tours to add also help. The roster currently holds 23 tours across 5 categories, and it is not claimed to be complete. If a guided bike ride in Singapore is missing and you think it belongs, name the operator and the tour and it can be reviewed against the same criteria as the rest.
What To Include
- The name of the tour, exactly as this site prints it.
- The category page you saw it on, if relevant.
- What you expected and what you found instead, in the case of an error.
- A link or the title of the listing, if you have one.
What The Site Cannot Do
This is an independent comparison site. Nobody here runs a tour, sits on a bike with you or knows your booking. Several things are simply outside reach:
- Rescheduling, cancelling or changing a booking.
- Refunding money, or seeing any payment you made.
- Holding your bank details, receipts or booking references.
- Speaking for a tour operator or passing a message to one on your behalf.
Where To Take Booking Problems
Every booking and every payment happen on the tour listing itself, through the platform that hosts it. That is also where refund requests go. All 23 listings on this site state free cancellation with a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the start time, and that refund is honoured on the listing where you paid, not here.
If the 24-hour window has passed, or something else about the booking has gone wrong, the platform that took the payment is the party that can act. This site sees none of that and has no account, no card details and no transaction history.
The Address
Write to info@singaporebiketours.org. Plain text email is fine. There is no need to send copies of identification, passports or booking confirmations, and please do not email payment card details under any circumstances; nothing here would ever need them.
