Privacy Policy

This site keeps almost nothing. No accounts, no sign-up, no payment form and no bookings exist here, which removes most of the usual privacy surface before it starts.

What The Site Does Not Collect

There is nothing to register. The site does not offer accounts, does not ask for a name or address to browse tour listings, does not run a newsletter sign-up and never takes payment, so no card details ever pass through it. Booking happens on the platform you click through to, not here.

Email You Send

If you write to the contact address, that email is used only to reply to you. It is not added to a mailing list, sold or passed to tour operators. A correction you send about a listing is treated the same way: read, acted on if warranted, then answered from the same address.

Standard Web Analytics And Server Logs

Like nearly every website, the server that hosts these pages records requests in ordinary logs, and the site may use standard aggregate analytics to see how many people visit which pages in total. That is the extent of it. No claims are made here about profiling, ad targeting or building a picture of individual visitors, because that is not something this site does.

What Happens When You Click Out

Clicking Check availability leaves this site and opens the operator's listing on a booking platform. From that moment you are on their systems. Those platforms set their own cookies and apply their own privacy policies, and what they collect, keep and share is governed by those policies rather than this one. Their terms also govern your payment and any refund.

Your Data Rights

If you have sent an email and want it deleted, or have any question about this policy, write to info@singaporebiketours.org. Requests about data held by a booking platform, such as your account or purchase history there, need to go to that platform, since none of it ever reaches this site.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new text replaces the old on this page. Material changes to what the site collects would be described here rather than assumed, and the plain-language position above, that the site holds almost nothing, is the one it aims to keep.
